IQ² is being built as a complete, integrated adaptive learning stack — not a collection of bolted-on tools. Every layer is purpose-built.
The heart of IQ² — a real-time machine learning engine that builds individual learner profiles, tracks mastery across knowledge domains, and dynamically resequences content to maximise learning outcomes. Powered by modern NLP and knowledge graph models.
Target public launch. Early access partners will onboard from Q4 2026.
Reduce content creation time by up to 70% with AI-assisted drafting, automatic assessments generation, and a drag-and-drop course builder designed for subject-matter experts — no technical knowledge required.
Enterprise-grade learning management with multi-tenant architecture, SSO/SAML integration, and real-time analytics dashboards built for both corporate L&D and educational institutions.
Full interoperability with the global EdTech ecosystem. IQ² supports SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 (4th Edition) and the latest xAPI (Tin Can API) specification — ensuring your content works everywhere.
CDN-backed adaptive bitrate streaming with automatic transcoding, chapter markers, closed captions (auto-generated and manual), and granular engagement analytics.
By focusing on English-language delivery, IQ² unlocks four high-growth markets simultaneously — with distinct go-to-market strategies for each region's unique regulatory and institutional landscape.
IQ² Technical was founded to solve a problem Chris Donnellan observed across 15 years in technology: learning platforms built without learners in mind.
Chris brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in the technology sector, spanning enterprise software development, platform architecture, and digital product strategy. Having worked across multiple industries and observed the persistent gap between sophisticated learning science and the platforms meant to deliver it, he founded IQ² Technical Ltd to build something genuinely different.
His vision: a learning platform that treats intelligence as a design principle — one where AI doesn't just add features, but fundamentally transforms how knowledge is delivered, measured, and personalised at scale. IQ² is six months into that build, with a launch target of early 2027.
Most LMS platforms were built for administration, not learning. Content sits in static slides, assessments are one-size-fits-all, and there's no intelligence connecting learner behaviour to content delivery. IQ² is rebuilding this from first principles — AI at the core, not bolted on as an afterthought.
By building for English from day one, IQ² gains access to four distinct, high-value markets simultaneously: the United States corporate learning sector, Australian VET and higher education, the rapidly growing Middle Eastern enterprise market, and Africa's expanding workforce development ecosystem.
We're investing heavily in two areas most competitors treat as commodities: the adaptive engine and the content pipeline. These are the hardest problems in EdTech, and they're where we believe the most durable competitive advantages are built. High development cost now, significant moats later.
We're six months into a disciplined build phase. Our roadmap is structured in phases: core engine, content tooling, LMS layer, compliance certification, and beta cohorts. We're not rushing to market with a half-built product — we're building something that can genuinely compete with incumbents from launch day.
IQ² Technical Ltd incorporated. Core vision defined, market research completed, initial architecture decisions made.
Platform stack finalised. Adaptive engine design completed. Content pipeline architecture documented. Infrastructure choices made for scale.
Active development of the AI adaptive engine, content authoring tools, and LMS core. This is the current build phase — 6 months in, on track.
● ActiveVideo hosting and streaming platform built out. SCORM/xAPI certification process begins. Third-party integration APIs developed.
Selected early access partners onboard for structured beta testing. Feedback loops active, product refined based on real-world usage.
IQ² Technical goes live. Full platform available to enterprise, institutional and independent customers across all four target markets.

English-language delivery unlocks simultaneous access to four distinct, high-growth EdTech markets — each with unique institutional landscapes and demand drivers.
One-size-fits-all content delivery is ending. The next decade of EdTech will be defined by platforms that understand individual learners — and IQ² is being built to lead that shift across English-speaking markets globally.
